Our pieces have lived a life before finding you—and that’s exactly why we love them. Every item is second-hand, vintage, and one-of-a-kind, so expect charming quirks, gentle wear, and a bit of history.

We do our best to photograph and describe everything honestly, so there are no surprises (except the good kind).

Your Rights (The Serious Bit)

We follow Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which means you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if an item:

•            Has a major fault

•            Is not as described

•            Isn’t fit for its intended purpose

A major fault includes items that are unsafe, significantly different from what was shown, or unable to be used as expected.

Change of Mind

Because our pieces are unique and pre-loved, we don’t offer refunds for:

•            Change of mind

•            Styling regrets

•            Measuring mishaps

Please double-check all dimensions, photos, and descriptions before purchasing.

Perfectly Imperfect

Our items are not factory fresh—and that’s the magic.

You may notice:

•            Small scratches or marks

•            Fading, patina, or age spots

•            Signs of a well-loved past

These are not faults—they’re part of the story and help keep beautiful items out of landfill

If Something’s Not Right

If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

•            Your order number

•            A description of the issue

•            Clear photos

We’ll work with you to find a fair solution—whether that’s a refund, repair, or replacement (if available).

Delivery & Furniture

Before You Buy

Please ensure your item will fit through doorways, hallways, lifts, and into your space.

You are responsible for confirming access and measurements prior to purchase.

Delivery Conditions

We take great care when packing and shipping your items.

Once an item has been successfully delivered, it becomes your responsibility. We are not liable for:

•            Damage during moving within your home

•            Items that do not fit your space

•            Change of mind after delivery

Missed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues or no one being available:

•            Redelivery fees may apply

•            Return transport costs may be deducted from any refund

Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged:

•            Keep all packaging

•            Contact us as soon as possible with photos

We’ll work with you and the courier to resolve the issue.

Local Pickup (Mornington Peninsula)

Pickup Info

Pickup is available from our Mornington Peninsula location (details provided after purchase).

Items must be collected within 7 days, unless otherwise arranged.

What to Bring

•            Suitable transport

•            Help for lifting (some items are heavy)

We may not be able to assist with loading.

Condition on Collection

All items must be inspected at pickup.

Once collected, items are considered accepted in their current condition, and we are not responsible for any damage after they leave our premises.

Returns (If Approved)

If a return is approved:

•            The item must be returned in the same condition

•            Return shipping costs:

•            Covered by us if the item is faulty or incorrect

•            Otherwise arranged case-by-case

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer.

Eco Note

We reuse and recycle packaging wherever possible and encourage thoughtful purchasing—less waste, more character, better stories.
